RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. All ETA's must handle themselves accordingly on stage. There will be no tolerance for vulgarity and/or profantiy while performing. The participant will be disqualified should this take place.
2. Each Artist will be judged according to: Performance, Appearance and Vocals.
3. All Artists give permission to Presley Productions Com and the E.P. EXPO to use their name, likeness, image, audio, video, photographs and biography for promotional use and/or for sale during and after this event.
5. Each Artist will be given the chance to perfrom for a maximum of 10 minutes. Contestants going over will run the risk of being disqualified.
6. All Artists will need to provide their own lodging and travel expenses.
7. Video and Audio recording WILL NOT be allowed during any shows.

8. Due to the amount of Contestants, no song can be sung more than two times per round (Round 1, Semi-Finals, Finals). Each ETA will have the opportunity to pick their song choice on a first come first serve basis.
